Honey Katiyal’ age is 36 years and he is a real estate broker/dealer from Noida, India. Honey Katiyal was born and raised in Moradabad with his younger brother Sunny Katiyal and later on moved to Delhi NCR for his property business. As of now Honey lives with his family in Noida and managing his own firm Investors Clinic. Honey Katiyal is one of the youngest entrepreneurs in real estate who has won numerous awards for his contributions to real estate business includes. Some of his awards include Times Research Service Excellence Award 2010 and Rajiv Gandhi Realty Excellence Award for Best Property Consultant in 2010-2011

Where he and his brother Sunny Katiyal shared their journey of success. On December 7, 2006, Investors Clinic — a real estate consultancy firm — came into existence. 
The office was set up at Ansal Fortune Arcade. And fortunately the business hit the bull’s eye.   Honey Katiyal practically transformed the face of real estate industry in India by bringing in professionalism in this sector.   It helped immensely that he understood the pulse of the market and prospective buyers. In a span of 7 years, it went from a handful of employees to a work force of over 2100 professionals and a Net Worth of more than Rs. 1000 crore. Investors Clinic has sold properties worth Rs. 40,000 crores since inception to 85,000 satisfied families. It is currently selling more than 1500 properties worth Rs. 1000 Crore per month. Having said that, Investors Clinic surpassed its past sale records in 2014 by selling 2400 properties in the month of March itself.
