MEET SIDHARTH JAIN FOUNDER OF GRAFFERSID AND HE AIMING TO INCREASE SUCCESS RATE OF STARTUPS IN INDIA
The founder of GraffersID,
Sidharth Jain, was born and brought up in Barwaha, which is about 60 km from Indore. His mission was to increase the success rate of startups in India.
After finishing his schooling from Indore, which is the cleanest city of India, he wanted to explore. So, he chose to go to Mumbai.
And After his college he only applied for an IT company, Accenture. He wanted to prove that he is optimistic and after giving an interview for an hour he got selected.
After entering he had to give another test which felt like climbing Mt. Everest as he barely knew to code. He gave the test and applied his own logic which impressed the trainer and he got another chance.
his first year at Accenture he contributed to the Knowledge library of Accenture and he became the Subject Matter Expert for the technologies that were trending.
He met a lot of new clients everyone with a new startup idea and hundreds of challenges. He got driven by their energy and stated solving challenges for the start ups.
It was then when he got an idea to improve and increase the rate of success of start-ups and had an idea of starting his own company.
The idea came up his mind when he went to Singapore to assist one of his clients for his project. He saw everyone was discussing about the failure of startups which was 90%.
While discussing the reasons and the bridging the gap everyone agreed this was due to the two important domains IT and Sales and right guidance and mentorship are like water the basic and most important necessity.
In the past two years since our inauguration, we have worked with 15 startups, out of which five have got incubated to the likes of Y-Combinator, Coco-Cola, Google, to name a few while eight have got $1M+ funding. Our client’s success rate stands at 86%.
They have been awarded multiple awards, including National and International platforms to the likes of World HRD Congress, Clutch, BeFast (Hong Kong), Switch (Singapore), among others.
Basically
Graffersid is a Website, Mobile App Design, and development company.
They build customer-centric and market-fit products. They have made our methods and a custom approach to achieve the same. Most of the founders are non-technical, and at times, tech is not even their main service. It is just a medium to bridge the gap and provide convenience. They understand this and brainstorm, along with the founding team to make the right decisions.
Right from choosing the right tech to finalizing what features should be there and how it will look like,
They contribute every ounce of our experience to make sure that the product they build achieves the dream they saw.
Sidharth gives 5 rules of of life to achieve success in your young age to every teenager,
1•Believe in yourself and your business
You have to be resilient and able to continue building what you believe is the next best thing. Things you build will often not succeed, but ultimately, those losses will add up to a win, based on what you’ve learned.
2•Do the hardest thing first
The hardest thing is usually the thing you should be going after. Chances are nobody else is, or at least very few people are. Personally, I feel comfortable and even thrive when I don’t have a clue what I’m doing.
3• Think big and small
You have to learn to think big and small. You have to go in the same direction with small day-to-day decisions, as well as big actions.
Once you are on your way, you will mostly have to occupy yourself with little things, which can be tedious. Nevertheless, you are the one who has to do them right.
4•Create your own luck
So-called lucky people aren’t necessarily getting more advantages than other people. The universe doesn’t favor them, but they’re putting themselves out there more. They’re creating more connections that could lead to other stuff.
That is really how I interpret luck – creating more of a mathematical probability that you’re going to get what you want.
5•The growth mindset
If you believe somehow you’re set to a certain capability and level of accomplishment, then you’ll never achieve anything more. However, if you believe you can get better and do other things, that growth mindset will enable you to accomplish more
He said that ..
Create a mission worth spending your life on
(I have confidence about myself as a human being. Just appreciate that wherever you’re at, you're a whole and complete human being with everything you possibly need to be successful. You deserve to achieve and you deserve the fruits of your labor.
The path of unpredictability
I had known I wanted to start a company for a while, but it’s difficult to walk away from a paycheck. It was a hard decision that took me longer than I would have liked.)
Stay hungry and learn from anyone and anywhere. You can do this only if you are humble, and friendly with everyone you meet. There is something unique that each individual can teach you; it depends on you to learn from them.
