Rohit believes that When it comes to running a successful business, the right mindset can be just as important as hitting sales objectives or producing sustainable business models. Techsics is basically a tech solution provider company which deals with drones, web and robotics related stuffs. So anyone with their skills and knowledge can work with Techsics. For example; if I found even a student of any class having amazing level of knowledge and creative skills I will offer him a job rather than asking him to show his degree and qualifications. Because age doesn't matter for doing any work or learn something new. The only thing which works is your passion towards your work. So I think this thing makes 'Techsics' a different company as compare to other companies. 
Rohit Raj said  is  a young kid, he have always been inquisitive about codings, electronics and robotics related stuffs. So, started hus journey when he was 15 years old by working on Arduino & Raspberry Pi based projects. By passing years he made some projects like Obstacle detection Robo Car, Floor cleaning robo car, Drones and much more. He is just crazy about drones and it’s the one of his all time loved projects. Being good knowledge about the different programming languages, later on he started learning, experimenting and working on Ubuntu and Kali Linux based platforms. Also have been the member at various Google Developer Groups like Mumbai, Delhi, Jalandhar). Later on he decided to start his own venture and then he started hus venture with named 
' Techsics' which is a tech solution provider company. But Techsics is not his first venture , it's  second venture.

Before 'Techsics' I started with online training programme which was basically for classes 1 to 5 students. But after running for few months due to some reason we decided to shut down our online training programme. And later on I continued with 'Techsics'. I had also been the youngest Indian delegate as well as Former Campus ambassador at IMUN(International Model United Nations) 2020. In the second wave of Covid-19, we have also launched two applications which are health based and other one was Covid-19 based.

They offers services on app development, drones development, website development, home automation, workshops, Graphic designing, VFX and more product based services to come.they conduct workshops in various institute, colleges and schools on robotics and future technology.

According to Rohit When you’re young,
 you develop a sense of feeling that time is infinite. As you get older, you begin to realize how valuable your time really is. Think twice about where you dedicate your energy and what you spend your time doing. When you focus more of your time and attention on things that matter, you’ll start seeing the results immediately.
