When it comes to introducing premium brands in India, Prateek Sachdev contributes to bringing a brand like Döner and Gyros as the healthier alternative to fast food.A young serial entrepreneur with mammoth-sized dreams, Prateek pulled up his socks at a very young age to follow his passion and check his goals.In the year 2018, he introduced Döner and Gyros, a Dubai based Food Company. The idea behind introducing this brand was his health-conscious nature, as the brand’s food was rather healthy and delicious at the same time. Döner and Gyros come under this company

His luck changed after his daughter arrived in this world his business started growing and he Started Entire business name with His Daughter.Erica Ventures Pvt. Ltd. The first store of Döner and Gyros was launched in the Worldmark-1 of Aerocity, Delhi, second at the Bangalore Airport, Prateek never looked back, with over 35 Stores across the country today. 
Parteek belive The house in which daughter and wife are happy is always Progressing in His Life Erica Ventures is co-owned by Prateek and Rannvijay Singha, the famous celebrity known for MTV Roadies and various films. Prateek holds the franchise master owner position, while Rannvijay is the master rights partner to the company. Being a serial entrepreneur, he never stopped or looked back and started another business under Erica Ventures Adding another eatery to his portfolio, Prateek started Hudson Chopsticks with Rannvijay, having 35outlets across the country. 
This eatery comes under his second company, Big Woo Food Retail Pvt. Ltd.
Parteek  skill can also be thought of as thinking with the end in mind. And he believes that 
No matter what struggles an entrepreneur goes through, a successful entrepreneur has the focus necessary to keep an unwavering eye on the end goal and can push himself to achieve it He thinks The ability to learn is one of the most important skills to have in life, let alone in entrepreneurship. If someone is building a business, however, the ability to learn is required for success.The path to successful entrepreneurship is riddled with ups and downs. There are the highs of successes and the despairs of setbacks. A successful entrepreneur needs to be able to focus so they can stay the course when the going gets tough.
According to Parteek that Everyone understands that by becoming an entrepreneur there is the possibility of earning more. However, being an established entrepreneur does not mean there are no risks. And also Happiness does not come from doing easy work but from the satisfaction that comes after the achievement of a difficult task that demanded one's best. There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure
