His grandfather contested MLA elections for two times and later on his father was appointed on the prestigious post as the 
Deputy Advocate General, Haryana ! 
Later on he was appointed as the 
Member food corporation of India , central board Govt. of India ! 
Waseem said that  An important person in my life is my father. ... He teaches me “the ways” to be a better person and to be a better citizen in life. He speaks of the ways of life that should be the good deeds that shall be done, from right to wrong and life lectures and lessons. His personality and attitude is magnificent.
Growing up, my father taught me many valuable lessons, specifically: to be kind to everyone and to never give up. ... 
Waseem said My dad is the kindest man that I have ever met. He never talks bad about others, always helps other people, and always tries to do the right thing no matter what the cost to himself.
