" Shefali Sharma from Ghaziabad. She has completed her B.Arch. from Dehradun. She started her firm the previous year and since
then her company has grown constantly overcoming all the hurdles. Shefali is a businesswoman and she is still 25. She believes there will be more growth as the time flies. "For a long run, we have to follow small steps everyday," She expressed.
Her final goal was to be an Entrepreneur.
It took six years for her to realize her true target but never later than ever. Bigger Dreams She came back to Ghaziabad with bigger dreams in her mind. She started
her firm at her own house with no investment and later with a rented office.
Her projects took off so soon that she was working with small residential projects to villas and currently, she is leading her firm with various commercial, residential and industrial contracts. Shefali evolved herself very bravely, taking her company to new heights in terms of confidence and strength.
"Being a woman and dealing with all vendors and laborers was a big task. But I believed that I am doing this for myself and my uniqueness lies in giving my clients the best service that is worth
. Being a woman entrepreneur was my dream since childhood. I never gave
up on my dreams and I’m still working every single day with all confidence and courage to rule over my fear. You alone can run the empire and that’s what I am doing. You only need to believe in yourself that you can achieve
whatever you want in life." She becomes successful not only  because of her hard work but also because of her soft heart towards others. Her kind heart and good deeds help many youngster get motivated with her . She motivates millions of people with her  work. Her determination, dedication, and constant thrust for achieving something the highest in life become reasons for her successful life. SHe plans to help many more such youngsters and to more elaborate on her helping circle.
