Meet Shivanjali Malik, one of the Finest Lawyer-Turned Entrepreneur. 
She is the founder of “Dastawezz” – A Legal Tech company that aims to provide 
efficacious and timely solutions for legal documentation in a cost-effective 
manner. They Provide personalised services to their clients ensuring end-to￾end solutions for all their legal compliance and documentation issues.
Shivanjali began her groundwork in November 2020. As she had just graduated 
from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, she was sceptical about 
whether she would be taken seriously enough. “In legal services, the older you 
are, the more seriously you are taken.” She worked around this by 
collaborating with senior legal professionals, many from her own college.
Her Aspiration was always to see the bright side of the light. 
Besides legal services, early-stage start-ups were also on the lookout for 
services related to chartered accountancy and company secretaryship. This led 
Shivanjali to look for professional Chartered Accountants and Company 
Secretaries who would be able to advise her clientele through Dastawezz.
According to Shivanjali, Dastawezz’s scope of work can be divided broadly into 
four-five verticals that are aimed at helping a start-up see through its entire life 
cycle. “From incorporation to the time they have raised funds, be it Series A or 
Series B, we want to be their legal partner throughout,” she adds.
Shivanjali says – “Dastawezz has been very lucky to work with start-ups across 
industries. Ranging from cryptocurrency and blockchain firms, to skincare and 
real-estate companies to think tanks, we have worked with 150+ start-ups in 7 
countries to help them and provide end-to-end legal solutions in their start-up 
journey She believes that Success doesn’t happen until you work hard towards
achieving it. In today’s fast-paced world, where things change within the blink
of an eye, it is important to understand the flow of the wind and learn how to
direct it according to your benefits and create opportunities for a better world.
Her imaginative thinking and comprehensive approach towards life and her
profession are excellent examples for others to follow her lead. Shivanjali
Malik with her wise entrepreneurial skills and intelligent decision-making has
already flourished her career to soaring heights. Since a very young age, she
has aimed for the sky and makes sure she works hard every day to fulfil all her
dreams.
As passionate as she is towards her profession, she aims to become an
inspiration for young entrepreneurs, lawyers and dreamers out there. She
