She is One of the Most Ambitious Entrepreneurs, Digital Content Creator, Lifestyle influencer & Mental Health Advocate. Working in Sopra Steria as a Project Lead by Occupation, she is also Author of Book “Me Teri Parchayi”, 
Published Co-Author for 16 Anthologies, Social Activist, Digital Creator, Motivational Speaker, Artist ,She completed her CSE , and Executive program from IIM Lucknow in Digital Transformation and Diploma in Cyber law from Asian school of Cyber Law Pune 

In the medical profession, activities related to ensuring access to care, navigating the system, mobilising resources, addressing health inequities, influencing health policy and creating system change are known as health advocacy The concept of mental health advocacy has been developed to promote the human rights of persons with mental disorders and to reduce stigma and discrimination. It consists of various actions aimed at changing the major structural and attitudinal barriers to achieving positive mental health outcomes in populations. In most parts of the world, unfortunately, mental health and mental Disorders are not regarded with the same importance as physical health. 

Vartika shared some challenges during her initial phase 
( I was a hard- core introvert in my school and college days. owing to this introverted nature of mine, during the initial days of my profession, I had to face some challenges in interacting and communicating with people. However, I overcame this by Being part of group conversations more and more. I joined a few virtual Book clubs to enable myself to be more socially interactive.
She never lowers her standard for anyone; her attitude determines her success. She along with her sharp imaginative and prescient and laborious work is setting a number one instance for youth generation
Her personal life experiences and struggles inspired her to contribute towards society, especially helping people to deal with 
mental health issues. 
Her biggest achievement so far was her first 
independent book as an author. )

She believes that One should always have fire inside them when it comes to imaginative and creative thinking skills and possess the ability to analyse and critically assess problems. If you always compare yourself with others ,You will never find out who are you Always make time for self care ,You have more Courage than you know ,so never ever give up in your life
