Tanusree was Born and brought up in Kolkata, 

West Bengal and Graduated from Calcutta University. She is the founder of Groomathon by Tanusree- Personality Development School for Enhancing & Transforming Lives.She has helped more than 100+ students and professionals and on a mission to help 100000 teens and grads to achieve success without the communication barrier.

Also, She is a Certified Interior Design stylist and has been working in this field for the last 15 years. For the past 3 years, she has been associated with different design institutions and modelling institutes doing workshops on Image consulting, Communication skills and Confidence Building. She is an Image Coach,Certified Soft skill & Corporate trainer and a Communication skills expert.

She shared her challenges which she faced during her initial days of startup."Initially, it was tough to make people understand that your personality plays a vital role in every act you do in life.Be it an interview or professional meeting, Communication skills is so important that your 90% success depends on it. Speaking English is not the only key ,it is about effective communication. Initially, people used to get confused about spoken English and effective communication. It took me very hard to make them understand that both are different. It is important to communicate effectively, not speak English fluently. English is only a medium of expression to communicate. And of course, personal grooming is also very necessary in any field you go to".

Her advice towards the younger generation is to love and do something which makes them feel passionate.Tanusree added that If you're doing something you are passionate about, you can succeed naturally.

Make yourself confident in anything you do.Be honest to yourself. Be yourself & 

be original. And, overcome any language barriers.

One more important thing, don't make any boundaries for your career. Don't think that I’m from this or that background so, I’m not able to do things that I love to do. Explore, do your research, believe in yourself, be confident and just rock it.
