Shravan Shetty

Meet Shravan Shetty, an entrepreneur, career coach & consultant known for being a Speaker and thought leader.
He was born in Karnataka. He is the visionary founder of Coach Shravan.
He has a Bachelors in Business Management from Mangalore University & an MBA from Ohio University in the USA. Over the years, he has upskilled himself focusing on building a better understanding of himself and the world with programs in Transactional Analysis, NLP and mediation.
His competence in career coaching has been a journey that he has taken up and excelled at. He is a APCDA accredited Certified Career Analyst of Edu milestones.
 He is also Mindler Certified and a Career Services Professional from the NCDA, USA. 
 His belief in lifelong learning is mirrored with him actively using Udemy, Coursera, EdX and other platforms for micro learning certifications apart from attending workshops.During his interview with Ms Venture, Shravan shared his transition from being brought up in Mangalore to adapting to Bangalore and learning the ropes, “I started a trailblazer management study group with classmates in my UG years with aims and aspirations to get into a top B- school. We weren't able to sustain the initial momentum. I started a small business in Mangalore- W.I.S.DOM associated with a focus on self-development for students on participation in competitions.
The business didn’t scale as expected. I decided to shut it down and moved to Bangalore and joined Greyscaps in an education startup and posted that with Accord Consultants before returning to Greycaps to head the Human Capital Development Vertical. 
From 2010 onwards  i have  worked as a freelancer with multiple organisations to take care of a parent who was battling a terminal disease. 
In 2021, I co-founded The Bodhi Tree and I exited the organisation in 2023.
I have also been a Co- Founder briefly at Magnus Operandi, Delve consulting and Skill Labs prior to 2021.”

His heartfelt advice to the youth, “Let me quote Shri Swami Vivekananda Ji by sharing two powerful thoughts of him that have shaped my approach- Firstly, talk to yourself once in a day otherwise, you will miss meeting an excellent person in this world. Secondly, Our Heart is a very good fertiliser. Anything we plant whether it is love, hate, fear, revenge or hope surely grows and bears fruits. We have to decide what to harvest.”
