Meet Dr Harshpreet Kaur, a Dental Surgeon and Medical Director of a Multi Super Speciality Hospital “C-ZON HOSPITAL”.

She has pursued BDS, MBA in hospital care and management and a PhD in Clinical research. She has also done Certification in Forensic Science and Forensic Odontology and Fellowship in Facal Aesthetics and Cosmetology. She has also done several courses like Internal Auditor for WHO Patient safety friendly hospital standards and Internal Auditor for Healthcare infection prevention and control. She has also Certified courses for Endodontics and General Dentistry.From all her years of life, she has learnt one thing: "Everything comes with its perfect time, and you must employ patience and perseverance to let it happen. If I can, you can too." 

 

Her Advice as both a Dentist for a healthier & happier life- “Nourish your body with a variety of whole foods. Pat attention to your diet impacts on your Dental & overall health. A well-balanced diet can prevent many diseases. Avoid smoking, limit alcohol and manage stress to protect your overall health. Enjoy Life. Health is a balance. Don't forget to enjoy the foods and activities you love. Just do so in moderation and with awareness.”Her imaginative thinking and comprehensive approach towards life and her profession are excellent examples for others to follow her lead.
