Kiruthiga Nadaraja

Meet Kiruthiga Nadaraja, a software lead consultant and crown winner of several titles. 

When addressing her roots , She shared that “ She was born in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India which hails as her native place too. Later, as her family moved to Chennai, she was raised in Chennai. She did her schooling and engineering in Chennai.”During her interview with Ms Venture, Kiruthiga shares about her initial days,“I completed my schooling from grades 1 to 10 at a CBSE-accredited institution. subsequently, I pursued state syllabus education with a specialization in science and mathematics in the same institution”.My academic focus during engineering was in Information Technology. I originally wanted to pursue medicine and specialise in oncology. I initially inspired to pursue a career in medicine, with a particular interest in specializing in oncology , a path influenced by family members in India . Their dedication to serving patients by running a cancer care hospital instilled a similar passion within me However, I gravitated towards information technology because computer science and programming constantly challenged me to improve and innovate . 

Currently, I live in the state of Massachusetts, USA. “When asked about her IT journey, Kiruthiga says, “I’m a software professional. Even though my family has a heritage deeply rooted in business , I chose to pursue engineering and build my career along those lines. I started my career back in India. To be more specific , I was working in consulting and mainly specialized in building software with BPM technologies . Fast forward today, I’m here in the USA. Currently ,I work for an American consulting firm in the USA as a software lead consultant. I predominantly engage in work related to quality and data engineering competencies. I’m passionate about what I do and I love my work . I find it fulfilling to collaborate on modern technologies and facilitate product development through consulting, directly influencing and benefits individuals and communities.

 While my passion lies with life sciences, one of my recent works to help build a product that supports cancer genomics mainly used for immunotherapy treatments is a satisfying milestone in my career . In my role within bio pharmaceutical industry , I was part of the team that involved in development of a product aimed at supporting data scientists in their examination of clinical patient journey and provide insights into diseases . Additionally, I was fortunate to participate in the creation of a digital patient solution alongside a remarkable team , led by immensely experienced data leaders in my firm

, addressing the challenge of managing complex life sciences data . This experience stands out as a rewarding chapter in my career path , allowing me to fully explore and leverage my talents in delivering impactful solutions” I’ve been fortunate to cross paths with exceptional and humble leaders in my current firm , whose influence has deeply impacted my career in a positive way . Their mentorship has been instrumental in my growth, molding me into the individual Iam today , equipped with clarity of thought , independence in perspective, filled with strength for which I’m truly grateful”. 

Kiruthiga also gave a glimpse of her pageant journey, “ Since my high school days, I have been noticed by individuals from the media industry who have extended opportunities for me to debut in movies , play anchor roles , and more . But, I was not very passionate about having a career in those lines . 

Recently, when one of my dear friends and colleagues motivated me to take part in one of the famous pageant events that is hosted by a brand name My Dream TV here in the USA. That carved my way down to the world of fashion and pageantry . 

I learnt being in pageantry also helps to build your confidence, is an approval for your authenticity & personality. The kind of costumes you choose to wear , the way you present yourself in front of a big audience talks about your personality and how you would like to project yourself to the world outside . Wearing a crown isn’t solely about victory ; it’s also about possessing an extra opportunity to give back to others . I believe that as a titleholder , it’s essential to be a positive role model and inspire others to pursue their dreams and passions.

I’m delighted and imbued with a sense of responsibility as I hold three titles from My Dream TV USA. 

This gives me a motivation to empower a lot of women out there to pursue their dreams & support broader communities around for their vision, success.”

She also shared the challenges she faced- “I would not say challenges faced. Instead, I would call it as it’s fine to fail out of my own personal experience. As much as I have had successes, I have also seen failures many times. We must embrace the key lessons from our failures and use them as tools to progress.Rather than seeing ourselves as victims , it’s crucial to overcome failures , apply the lessons learned and pave the way for success. 

Challenge yourself to step outside your comfort zone and push limits to accomplish something you once thought was beyond our capabilities.

Often I have pushed myself to overcome imposter syndrome . If I succeeded, it became a newfound strength . If not , I explored alternative paths where success might await . Each of us face varied hurdles , issues in our life journey . I think success is how we navigate through challenges and preserve our goals.”Her heartfelt advice to today's youngsters- “Learn to develop your skills.By focusing on personal growth and acquiring the skills necessary to excel in your chosen field , you’ll gain confidence. Cultivate a network of genuine connections . Surround yourself with individuals whom you resonate with , where you can freely exchange thoughts with trust and draw inspiration from . Don’t develop connections only for favors, or influence , but , have an intimate inner circle who will stand by you and support you . Most importantly stay grounded . I learned this from my maternal grandfather, who, despite his success as a businessman and his extensive network of influential people , remained humble . 

My special message to the women out there support each other’s growth and have small aspirations to bigger goals that keeps you on the move !!! 

Kiruthiga also showed her gratitude towards those who have supported her in this journey, “I want to thank My Dream TV USA and the wonderful people that I have met through this platform they have offered. My pageant journey with them has definitely empowered me and has provided lots of motivation to pursue my dreams . It’s been a great positive influence in my life journey.

Just not that, all my family, friends, colleagues, pageant sisters who have been pillars of support and have always motivated me to fly higher !”.Her imaginative thinking and comprehensive approach towards life and her profession are excellent examples for others to follow her lead. Her Attitude determines her success. This charming young woman seems to be not only famous for her skills but also for her inspiring living style.She became successful not only because of her hard work, but also because of her soft-heartedness towards others.

After knowing her as a person, understanding the kind of impact she has created , we feel she has motivated a lots of people with her work.We want her to continue being a woman of impact and keep empowering the community. 

 

Her determination, dedication and consistent thrust for achieving something highest in life became the reason for her inspiring life. Her whole journey so far has helped her to encourage people to be the best versions of themselves and appreciate their own self-worth to best fit in their own shoes before vouching for the world. This career has pushed her to cross-pollinate ideas across a wide variety of industry sectors including everything under the sun.
