Shivali gained valuable experience by working with prestigious institutions such as Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research and Christian Medical College Ludhiana as a dietetic intern. She also served as a lecturer and worked with reputed wellness organizations, including VLCC and other leading fitness clinics. However, her real mission was much bigger she wanted to build a platform that focused not just on weight loss but on complete physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
In 2009, she took a major step forward by establishing her own wellness and fitness center. Unlike traditional gyms, her center followed a holistic approach where dietitians, physiotherapists, and fitness instructors worked together as a team to deliver long-term health solutions. Her goal was simple yet powerful to help people achieve healthier lives naturally and sustainably. The journey, however, was not easy. During the early years of her career, awareness about nutrition and the role of dietitians was very limited, especially outside metropolitan cities. Many people underestimated the importance of healthy eating and lifestyle management. Despite these challenges, Dt. Shivali remained committed to her purpose.
