Neera Paritosh

Meet Neera Paritosh
A Voice of Wisdom, Healing, and Conscious Parenting
Neera Paritosh, an educator, mentor, and thought leader whose decades of experience have been dedicated to understanding children, parenting, emotional healing, and human behavior. With nearly 33 years of experience, she believes that while a child’s environment shapes them, parents hold the strongest influence in building a child’s character, discipline, habits, and overall personality.
According to Neera Paritosh, the early years of a child’s life are extremely crucial. The atmosphere at home, the values taught by parents, and even the type of friends a child is surrounded by in school contribute significantly to shaping their nature and personality. She believes that the impressions formed during childhood continue to stay with an individual throughout life.
Throughout her journey, she observed that many children often become reflections of their parents’ behavior. This realization inspired her to communicate an important message to families before trying to change a child, parents must first work on themselves. She strongly advocates self-awareness and emotional growth among parents, believing that a healed and conscious parent creates a healthier future for the child.
Neera Paritosh also highlights an interesting truth about parenting in society. While every profession or designation requires learning, training, and qualifications, parenting one of the most important responsibilities in the world is often taken for granted without any preparation. She believes that unresolved traumas and past experiences of parents unknowingly shape the future of their children.
Through her books and teachings, she has consistently tried to sensitize families toward the emotional needs of children. She emphasizes that harsh words can deeply wound a child’s heart, as children are emotionally delicate and absorb everything around them. According to her, repeated bitterness and negativity can eventually affect a child’s respect, confidence, and emotional well-being.
She also believes that parents should avoid imposing their own experiences and fears on children because every child is born into a different time, situation, and journey. Instead of controlling them through past experiences, children should be guided with understanding and emotional intelligence.
Her transformational initiative, “Better You Better Child,” is a 15-day program designed especially for parents. The program encourages parents to dedicate just 10–15 minutes daily to understand deeper aspects of parenting, emotional health, money mindset, anger, blessings, and overall personal transformation. She believes that once parents truly understand these concepts, their thinking and approach towards life undergo a remarkable transformation.
Reflecting on her own life journey, Neera Paritosh shares that after completing nearly 19 years of formal education, she once believed she knew everything. However, continuous learning, studying different subjects, and exploring new perspectives taught her that life always has “two sides of a coin.” This realization shaped her into a lifelong learner who values growth, humility, and open-mindedness.
Recognition and appreciation have also played an important role in her journey. For Neera Paritosh, every acknowledgment, whether verbal appreciation, a certificate, or a medal holds special value because it motivates one to move forward. One of the most memorable moments of her life came on August 14, 2025, when she was crowned at the beauty pageant VG Miss Mrs India Empress 2025. The recognition transformed her personality, boosted her confidence, and helped her recognize her self-worth.
Another proud milestone in her journey was receiving the Rashtriya Ratan Samman, which not only honoured her contributions but also provided her with the opportunity to address a large audience from different parts of the country. Her impactful speech at the Bharat Mandapam highlighted the need to cultivate empathy early on, ensuring that future leaders prioritize the public's well-being when they step into positions of authority.
Through her message to society, Neera Paritosh urges parents to understand the sacred responsibility of nurturing a human being. She encourages them to educate themselves continuously in areas such as values, academics, emotional intelligence, and personal growth. She also advocates seeking professional help whenever necessary to become better caregivers and role models.
Above all, she strongly believes that parents must heal themselves before raising children. According to her, unresolved pain, traumas, and frustrations are often unconsciously transferred to the next generation. She reminds families that emotionally healthy parents raise emotionally secure children who can become valuable assets not only for their families but also for the nation.
Her life philosophy is beautifully reflected in the quotes she lives by:
“I am no longer accepting the things I can not change. I am changing the things I can not accept.” “At the end of the day, I’m at peace because my intentions are good, and my heart is pure.”
“Courage doesn’t mean the absence of fear. It means working in spite of fear.”
Through her work, words, and wisdom, Neera Paritosh continues to inspire countless families to embrace conscious parenting, emotional healing, and lifelong learning.
Best wishes from her side, and she welcomes our viewers to join her page.
The team of Ms. Venture appreciates her outstanding innovative ideas and wishes her all the best for her future endeavors.
