While many saw computers as machines, he saw endless possibilities. That curiosity eventually evolved into a purpose to build technology that is innovative, ethical, and accessible to everyone. With this vision, he founded Team CyberDome, an organization committed to creating AI-powered and cybersecurity solutions that make a meaningful difference.
Like every entrepreneur, Sumit's path was filled with challenges. Building a startup while balancing academics and limited resources demanded resilience beyond measure. Yet, instead of allowing failures to discourage him, he transformed every obstacle into an opportunity to learn. His belief that every setback carries a lesson became the driving force behind his continuous growth. One of the defining milestones of his journey was the launch of CyberDome Pro Med, an AI-powered healthcare platform developed to address real-world healthcare challenges. Alongside building impactful technology, Sumit also authored two books on Cybersecurity and Autonomous Vehicles, reflecting his commitment to sharing knowledge and inspiring future innovators.
What truly sets him apart is his mindset. He believes motivation comes from purpose rather than pressure. Every day, he strives to become a better version of himself, inspired by the dream of making his younger self proud. For him, success is not a destination but a lifelong journey of learning, improving, and creating value. Beyond technology, Sumit values discipline, integrity, humility, and continuous learning. He understands that professional excellence is incomplete without personal balance, making time for family, self-growth, and meaningful relationships while continuing to pursue ambitious goals. His greatest source of inspiration remains his parents, whose unwavering support gave him the confidence to dream fearlessly. Their belief in him became the foundation upon which he built his vision. Alongside them, his beloved pet Ricky reminds him daily to approach life with energy, optimism, and enthusiasm.
Today, Sumit Dey Sarkar continues to expand Team CyberDome with a mission to develop innovative AI and cybersecurity solutions, mentor aspiring innovators, contribute through research, and build technologies that positively impact society.
