Dr. Anjali Chaugule – A Multifaceted Journey of Excellence

Dr. Anjali Chaugule is a multifaceted professional whose journey beautifully brings together dentistry, entrepreneurship, modelling, pageantry, dance, art, photography, writing and social initiatives. A dynamic dentist by profession, she has successfully explored multiple creative and professional fields while building a distinctive identity through her versatility and dedication.

She holds a B.D.S. from Pune, a Diploma in Dermal Fillers from CODE AFA, U.K., and an International Diploma in French Language – DELF A2. She is the Founder & Director of Chaugule Multispecialty Clinic, which encompasses mental health clinics, a dental clinic and a pharmacy, an initiative she has been associated with since 2005. She has also been serving as a Senior Dental Consultant at Symbiosis International University, Pune, since 2006. Her professional journey additionally includes her role as Senior Dental Faculty at CardiOMersion since 2021 and her earlier experience as Senior Dental Consultant at Ruby Hall Clinic from 2006 to 2015.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Anjali has created a strong presence in the world of fashion and pageantry. Her pageantry journey includes titles such as Pune Times Most Popular Style Icon 2016, Ms Pehenawa 2017 – 2nd Runner Up, Pune Fashion Fiesta Mega Model 2017, Pune Times Style Icon 2017 Top Finalist, Elite Face of India 2018, Ms Exclusive Extraordinary Universe Maharashtra 2019, and Lokmat Docwalk Ms Medico Supermodel 2019 – First Runner Up and Most Popular. She has also received grooming certification from the Indian Television Academy School of Performing Arts and has been groomed and mentored by established names from the fashion and ramp-walk industry. Her modelling journey has taken her to professional runways as well. She has worked as a runway model for designers Rajasa and Simran Devnani Label at VIVZ Fashion Week India 2021, and later appeared as a runway model at Pune Times Fashion Week 2026. Her achievements have also been recognised through numerous women achiever and professional awards. These include the India Glamorama Walk Pune Entrepreneur Award, Women’s Glory India Woman Achiever Award, Khasa Yashaswi Marathi Udyojakta Puraskar, Pride of Maharashtra Priyadarshini Asmita Award, Most Influential Woman Award in Medical, India Star Young Achiever Award, Women’s Day International Award, Exclusive Golden Award for Inspirational Woman Icon and Versatile Dentist, Outstanding Medico of the Year Senior Award, Star Diamond Award, Women Achiever Awards and several other recognitions received between 2018 and 2024.

Creativity is another important dimension of Dr. Anjali's personality. She has explored stained glass art, canvas art, rangoli, poster design, novel cover design and photography. Her artistic achievements include the Golden Brush Award, Ghafar Bahari Award, International Visual Artist Challenge Award, Janiv Art Award and a novel cover design award. She has also received international certification in stained glass art from Celene Art Studio, France, and won second prize for “Sunset” in an Aperture 2021 photography contest.

Dance is yet another passion that she has pursued alongside her professional career. She has participated as a Tanguera at the Goa International Tango Festival 2014 and Dubai International Tango Festival 2015, along with training in salsa at Sandip Soparkar's Dance Academy. Dr. Anjali has also been associated with several events as a celebrity chief guest, inspirational speaker, jury member, special guest and guest of honour. She has served as a jury member at various fashion, dance and pageantry events, including events associated with the Maharashtra State Dental Conference, Lexicon MILE, Armed Forces Medical College, Pune Dental Show and other platforms. Her association with Panache at Armed Forces Medical College, Pune continued across multiple years, including 2022, 2023, 2025 and 2026.

Her public presence has extended into media and publishing as well. She has been featured in Femina Magazine, including its September 2021 and April 2022 editions, and was featured in The Business Tycoons 2023 Edition. She has also received the Sheroes Women Leadership Award 2023. Her work has been covered by Pune Times and she has appeared in a celebrity interview on All India Radio – Akashvani Pune, where she also received a certificate of appreciation.

As a columnist, Dr. Anjali has contributed to Lokmat – Hello Pune, writing for its lifestyle and health pages. She is also an author and poet. Her book “Because You're Not Alone” was launched in Kindle edition on Amazon and received the Triumph Award 2021. She has also written “Women – The Symbol of Power.”

Alongside her professional and creative accomplishments, Dr. Anjali has been involved in community and social-health initiatives. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she participated in dental health check-up camps and dental health awareness initiatives, including a project at the Police Commissioner Office, Pune. She was felicitated by ACP Sunil Pawar and ACP Milind Patil, and the initiative received a special feedback letter from DCP Mitesh Ghatte as well as media coverage from Times of India. She was also associated with oral-health initiatives for Pune Rural Police, tobacco-cessation oral-health initiatives and COVID-19 vaccination social-awareness projects involving Maharashtra Police and Medispark. 

Her journey has been documented across a wide range of magazines, newspapers, websites, blogs and television platforms, including Femina, Times of India, Maharashtra Times, Economic Times, Lokmat, ABP Majha, Indian Express, Hindustan Times, Pune Times, Pune Mirror, Sakaal, Akashvani and several other publications and media platforms.
