A 2024 graduate and AI engineer who has worked at JP Morgan in Germany, Raj Aryan developed an entrepreneurial vision from childhood. At just 18, he created a prototype, but the challenges of limited capital, guidance, and professional networks made him recognize a larger gap in the startup ecosystem, particularly in countries outside Silicon Valley and established startup hubs. This realization became the foundation for JustStartUp, an initiative focused on creating opportunities and infrastructure for aspiring founders. 

Turning Challenges into Opportunities 

As a solo founder, Raj faced the demanding task of managing multiple responsibilities while balancing his time. Rather than allowing these challenges to limit his progress, he embraced artificial intelligence and developed his skills to become an AI engineer. By focusing on core problems, organizing his responsibilities, and using AI to improve efficiency, he learned to manage his workload more effectively.

His journey reflects the importance of adaptability and continuous learning. For Raj, technology is not simply a tool but a way to solve problems and create meaningful opportunities.

Building His Own AI Co-Founder

One of Raj Aryan's notable achievements came from his experience as a solo founder. Without a co-founder, he created his own AI co-founder and used it for a period of time. When a client experienced a demonstration and responded positively, Raj was encouraged to integrate the innovation into JustStartUp and scale it for commercial launch.

His entrepreneurial progress extended beyond product development. Within three months, more than 110 startups had registered across Asia and Africa. From development and testing to outreach and marketing, Raj took responsibility for learning and managing different aspects of the venture independently.

This experience demonstrates how curiosity, technical knowledge, and a willingness to experiment can contribute to building something impactful.

Raj approaches his goals with an ambitious and practical strategy. He sets a target to complete within a week and challenges himself to accomplish it within a much shorter timeframe, sometimes aiming to finish in a day. This approach encourages him to work efficiently while maintaining momentum.
