Gaddam began his professional journey in finance, combining his qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, MBA in Finance, and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). With a strong foundation in financial management, he established Moderne Accounting & Co., a firm providing accounting, taxation, compliance, audit support, and financial advisory services. Over time, the venture expanded into a broader business ecosystem known as the Moderne Group.

The group today encompasses businesses operating across diverse industries, including Moderne Accounting & Co., Moderne Infotech in Dubai, Moderne International School in Hyderabad, and Moderne Infra, which is involved in infrastructure and development projects. The group's reported turnover of more than ₹156 crore represents its growth across professional services, technology, education, and infrastructure.
