Learners and explorers ,People with a strong non-conformist tendency are born to bring change. Coming from the second type, 'on my own' Yash mukand had a vital

exposure that came with it which helped him expanded his mind &

thinking, bringing him on the path of self-discovery. Yes, Yash mukand path began chaotically. He changed more than 15 jobs

failed 6 times in school and had 2 failed start ups but he always back

himself and bounced back stronger.

"You need absolute chaos for perfect order," says a proverb.Self-analysis and realisation cleared the cloud and made his life

clearer.In 2016 , he recognised his life's purpose for driving Training &

Development and Wellness projects aimed at enhancing the productivity

and happiness index of the working professionals.He has spent the better part of two years immersed in more than 75

psychology, yoga, and self-help books and did online courses from world

renowned life coach such as Tony Robbins, Bob Proctor and Joe Dispanza

He was able to overcome his fears, phobias, and limiting beliefs that

had held him back for decades.

When he saw the clouds clearing in his life, he brought that change to

his workshops with corporates and individuals, and he saw his clients

benefiting from his sessions and seminars.

Yash Mukand is spiritually grounded and minimalist he do yog and sadhana

every day and now it has become part of his life.


He integrates transpersonal psychology, classical yoga, and ayurveda

into His workshops because He believes that for a person to be

transformed, they must first have a nourished mind, a healthy body, and

balanced nutrition.Yash also added,"

Challenges and setbacks are a part of life; without them, you cannot

survive. Because of my work in yoga and life coaching, I am aware that

when setbacks occur for me, it's time for me to reflect and analyse what

went wrong and how I can recover. It is critical to process emotions such as anger, stress, sadness, and laziness because they are telling you something is flawed and you need to consider changing yourself.  I interpret negative feedback as good analysis and apply it to my life.
