Challenges and setbacks are a part of life; without them, you cannot
survive. Because of my work in yoga and life coaching, I am aware that
when setbacks occur for me, it's time for me to reflect and analyse what
went wrong and how I can recover. It is critical to process emotions such as anger, stress, sadness, and laziness because they are telling you something is flawed and you need to consider changing yourself. I interpret negative feedback as good analysis and apply it to my life.
Challenges teach you lessons, and success makes you smart.")
