He was born and brought up in Amreli Saurashtra, Gujarat.
He is the founder and Director of 
Ksquare Energy Pvt. Ltd., which 
was established by him in 2017. 
Ksquare is a leading solar company from Ahmedabad, engaged in Manufacturing & Supplying all types of solar products.
They are manufacturing Solar ACDB, DCDB, AJB, SCB, Combiner Boxes, Solar structures and diverse range distribution boxes for utility-scale projects. They are also supplying all sets of materials such as Solar Panels, Inverters, cables and all types of accessories related to solar PV Systems.
They had executed projects ranging from 1 KW to 500 KW, with both crystallines as well as thin film module technologies.
Kuldip shares the Mission behind Ksquare Energy It has a wide array of experience and expertise and robust technical know-how to cater to any kind of solar panel installation needs. The mission is to create a sustainable economy as well as global development through clean energy generation.

This charming young person seems to be not only famous for his business skills but also his extravagant living style. 
He strongly believes that if you want to live the life you have dreamt of, establishing an immeasurable lifestyle is essential as the more you strengthen your wealth, the better you can live what you perpetually imagined.
He became successful not only because of his hard work but also because of his soft-heartedness towards others.

What I want to do and how I will achieve my target. We are currently having a turnover of 75 crore and By 2025, we want to reach 500 crores. And by 2030, we want to reach a turnover of 1000 crores and want to list the company.I have also invested in the 2 firms First is Zinsy Automation Pvt. Ltd. and Second is Heritage Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. As I am having full equity with me, I can dilute it anytime.I want to grow my business and bring investors in the business."

Kuldip Sorathiya trains his team on a one-to-one basis, showing everyone the significance of communication, leadership and teamwork. His motto in life is "Not to just promise, but also to show results."
This has been one of his strengths and he is achieving success because of his values. Success loves this man for a reason.He aspires as much for his people as himself. To reach this position in life was not easy for kuldip who did many trial and errors, failed multiple times but he kept moving ahead for his goal to become a huge name in the industry. Kuldip shares a piece of advice For the upcoming entrepreneurs, 
He said During the last year of college, give more focus on practical knowledge more than the theory part. During the last year of your college,try and find the internship that fits your profile or something that you have interest in… if you can find a part-time job or free-lancing work because when your college is going on 70-80% of students are in chill mode, that our college is going on, after college we’ll go for job after we are done with our college. 
The practical knowledge will help you guys a lot in future. If they are not giving you salary or stipend then also, go for the experience and for the practical knowledge. If you have experience of even 6 months in any field not specific to your field this will help you in your post graduate program. When you go for job, they also look for practical knowledge rather than your degree, 
so try and gain as much knowledge as possible. From all his years of life, he has learnt one thing: "Everything comes with its perfect time, and you must employ patience and perseverance to let it happen. If I can,then you can too."
