Meet Kunal Chavan, Founder of Yuva Asmita Foundation,
Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day.” In simple words, social work is a hugely important profession, where an individual tries to make a difference for families and communities and help them meet their basic needs.
The main three goals of social work are to maximize human potential, help people meet their social needs and achieve social justice. People who take up social work as their career work hard towards these goals.

We all know that Youth social work is a fast paced and rewarding career that provides an opportunity to improve the lives of children. A youth social worker is someone who helps adolescents with issues they may be facing while growing up. They work directly with teens and pre-teens to help them with various struggles of life and how to develop better coping skills to deal with life issues. A youth social worker takes on an important role in society as they help shape the lives of youth who will be leading our communities into the future.
Youth social workers generally function as a member of an interdisciplinary team that provides support and guidance to improve the quality of life of the child. Social workers can be found at work in schools, courts, community centers, hospitals, and in private practice. Many social workers enter the career field with a bachelor degree; although a Master degree is considered the terminal degree for practice. Usually, social work students who are interested in working with youth will seek specialty courses that focus on child and family services. That's the believe by Kunal

Kunal believes that We’re all looking to be successful in life, but sometimes we are wasting our time doing things that are holding us back from reaching our full potential. And, often, we don’t recognize those things until someone points them out.Surround yourself with people who will support and encourage you to chase your dreams, through the good and the bad. Your success depends on it.
Those who are unstoppable are in their own world. They don’t compete with anyone but themselves. You never know what they will do—only that you will be forced to respond. Even though they don’t compete with you, they make you compete with them.Daily interruptions are inevitable. Acting on a fear of missing out, we allow the beeps, dings and vibrations to interject, to assure us that we’re connected, and subconsciously we tell ourselves that that constant connection has no impact on the amount of work we can accomplish. But, in reality, we’re so bombarded with outside noise, it becomes almost impossible to avoid—and our productivity suffers because of it.It is one thing to be successful and it is another thing to be exceptionally successful. But to attain a high level of success, you have to be willing to put in the work.
So while a lot of people see the weekend as a time to hang out and relax, exceptionally successful people have a different idea of how Saturdays and Sundays should be spent. .
