According to Saksham ,succeed in any business today, you need to be flexible and have good planning and organizational skills. Many people start a business thinking that they'll turn on their computers or open their doors and start making money, only to find that making money and earning trust and respect in a business is much more difficult."
Happiness does not come from doing easy work but from the satisfaction that comes after the achievement of a difficult task that demanded one's best. There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure. Building this business, for them, has been grueling, exciting, inspiring and the best experience one could've ever have.
Challenges keep entrepreneurs nimble and on their toes. If you’re constantly looking for the next challenge, you’ll always be prepared for what comes your way.
He said thatOwning and operating a shoe store may seem the ideal goal for anyone passionate about footwear. But business savvy is a must, as retail success is ultimately about the numbers--sales numbers. This means the store design, the stock and even the lighting must appeal to the target consumer. Whether you plan to cater to economy-minded families or upscale patrons focused on the height of luxury, your shoe store must meet consumer needs and expectations.First impressions are critical to any retail establishment. Exterior design, signage and logo should appeal to your target consumer. In a store that specializes in a certain type of footwear--designer, athletic or comfort/walking--exterior elements should also convey the spirit of the store's inventory, so consumers unfamiliar with the retailer get an immediate impression of what the store has to offer.
Saksham wants to spread this advice to each and every teenager
The path to success lies in evolution, whether it is evolution of ideas, services and products or technology. An entrepreneur should have an open mind and eagerness to learn new things. It is imperative to understand that the only way to keep at the top is to keep on changing and evolving with the time. An entrepreneur should be aware of the latest service techniques and technology in order to serve the clients in a better way.Challenges keep entrepreneurs nimble and on their toes. If you’re constantly looking for the next challenge, you’ll always be prepared for what comes your way.
An entrepreneur should be excited by the prospect of work. They should always have a strong drive to succeed and overcome obstacles. They should not only set big goals for themselves but also see that they are actually committed to achieving them regardless of the countless setbacks that occur.
