She pursued her master's in psychology and an advanced diploma in guidance and counselling.
Aanchal completed her clinical training and practice in the Department of Psychiatry before ultimately shifting gears to cake decorating.
She says Building this business has been gruelling, exciting, inspiring, and the best experience one could've ever had.
She shares with us
(I started my brand while I was pursuing a master's degree. At that time, the whole idea to start was to kill my free time and do something productive to make some pocket money to help underprivileged children with their studies. Although it wasn't really a business, and orders were unpredictable that time. After giving myself a chance to work in Hospitals and pursue my career in my professional field, I felt I wanted to keep my mind active and keep myself on my feet rather than sitting on a desk or computer screen. I felt like doing something which keeps my mind healthy.
I always believed in doing things that made me jump out of my bed in the morning, and keeping myself surrounded by art and creativity was something that I always loved. Since a tender age, I have been baking cakes, so I thought of utilising my creative juices with baking. I am a self-taught baker, and my brand specialises in making all kinds of cakes, from structural to mechanically working and moving cake concepts.
My clients can just come up with anything, and I try my best to bring their vision to life)

She became successful in her field not only because of her hard work but also because of her soft heart towards others. She is motivating people of all age groups through her work.
