Sayantan added his Future goals related to his start-up
[As I was working for a Software IT firm, I had the idea about software development and all other processes. However, only software development knowledge was not enough. The operations also included marketing and selling the software to the clients. I had zero knowledge of marketing and sales, as I was entirely from a technical background. But as I was in a do or die situation, I had to learn the process for the B2B personal selling process. While opening the Gym chain business I too had very little knowledge about how to operate it. But with real-life experience, I gradually came up learning the operational process. This was followed by the implementation of a series of trial-and-error methods, I was able to master the process in the same field. I believe in the proverb
“Fire in the Belly always helps us to adapt to the new ecosystem and hence helps us to survive too.]

(In the beginning, there was a big No from my parents as in a Bengali middle-class family parent always dreams of watching their children become a doctor or an engineer. They look forward to seeing children settle outside India. But in my case, the scenario changed gradually, as they saw my desperation and the desire to come out from this typical career stereotype.)

He trains his team on a one-to-one basis, showing everyone the significance of communication, leadership and teamwork. His motto in life is "to not just promise but show results.
