His significance over the food industry is quite remarkable. Food is always in the heart of everyone.  This chef is known for his nature of doing small things in a great way that is making him different from others.

His relationship with food started long back. 

He is the face behind the authentic and exotic Brand @thefluffychef.

There are various segments on the @fluffychef :Bakery “Whisking Belan”and Chain of Hotels & Restaurants.

This charming bakery offers a variety of soul satiating cakes, cakes along with healthy granolas,ice-creams, breads, jams, chocolates, popular for its amazing muffins, particularly the blueberry and chocolate chip variants and customised cakes as per the demand. Besides, the tea cakes are a must-try. All items are freshly baked and priced reasonably.However, the passion to create own magic got him to start a production house but later,He decided to join a Culinary & Pastry school and did his master's in Bakery & pastry and Gradually, he started outsourcing the pastries and chocolates to reputed hotels and bakeries.

And this took him to one of the most prestigious opportunities to serve at The Taj Mahal Palace.

There is probably a good reason for this, so when you are not working within your strengths and interests, your performance will be subpar. Jaideep is an extremely talented chef. Becoming a chef can be a hands-on learning experience, and like He says-"practice does make perfect."

The passion to cater food in a brilliant

way is all that it took for him to achieve milestones. He shares,

"Since my childhood, I was always attracted towards food production & hospitality and wanted to do something in the

same field but my parents never agreed as they felt it's not a prestigious job.

 However, fate takes you where you are supposed to be and accordingly, he was sent to a hostel wherein,he was assigned as the mess captain for almost four years. Even during his Graduation, his love for food never ceased to exist. I had a good term with the college canteen manager so, he showed me the kitchen while letting me try my hands on flavour arrangement and

tasting."
