He started as a Sales Manager in Suvidhaa Infoserve – a fintech organisation. From then on he started his journey to gain all the experience in Fintech. He also worked with Vodafone for some time. The CEO of the Spay India company, Nikhilesh Tiwari, began this company with only 29 people. The company's mission statement is to offer its clients excellent services in simple money transfers, recharges, billing, etc. 
Spay Technology's remittance portal 'Spay India' enables money transfer for even non-bank account holders and works as a hub for other financial services. Additionally, it also provides AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) to make the process even more efficient and secure.

Spay also bagged the award of the INDIA’S GREATEST BRANDS by the AsiaOne international magazine. Nikhilesh received the title of "TIMES 40 UNDER 40 LEA. This level of achievement is just because of his passion and determination. He also believes in creating something in a market where you are familiar with the problems and solutions. If not, the learning curve itself may in many instances be exceedingly steep.

Spay India, founded in 2018 has already became a multi-dollar company in just a few years.To enter, take over and then reach incredible success levels in the Indian Fintech space was no cakewalk for anyone, but Nikhilesh Tiwari’s consistent efforts, incessant hard work and determination helped him fulfil his visions and create a company that could solve long-term problems and issues of merchants in the trade network of the Fintech supply channel.

His one piece of advice for young entrepreneurs is “Start something and focus on one thing. Master something and market your service or product in such a way that people pay for the value you provide”.
