Born and brought up in Kolkata, being so sharp and intelligent, Tezza started her work just after finishing her 10th grade.She began working, although as a volunteer at a school teaching KG children. After finishing her high school, she went into computer studies and began teaching and working as a junior career counsellor at NIIT. Later, joined SSI as a senior career counsellor.In the year 2000, at the age of 19, She co-founded a software engineering firm with a Coworker.

She trains her team on a one-to-one basis, showing everyone the significance of communication, leadership and teamwork. Her motto in life is "not to just promise but show results."She Launched OPUS KREATION Entertainment & Weddings in 2015 as a result of collaboration with Piyush, his business partner.Piyush is the event director and head of production and she is the decor designer of the company.Her principal Business is diamond jewellery, and she never envisioned herself becoming a wedding planner.

I enjoy the challenges that occur along the journey; it is not always simple and straightforward.
