Kiranmayi said that she participated in national pageants with the aim of becoming a role model for those who believe that women can excel in beauty pageants even after marriage. She said she will try her best to see the world more beautiful and healthy. 
Mrs Kiranmayee Alivelu is Mrs India 2022-23 First Runner Up: Telangana woman shines once again in beauty pageants. Kiranmai Alivelu from Telangana who participated in the Mrs. India 2023 pageant showed her strength. She became the first runner-up in the competition held in Rajasthan. Many people participated in the competition from many states across the country. Finally, 50 people reached the finals. To them, Telangana woman Audapaduchu and Hyderabad’s Kiranmai stood second in the Mrs. India finals held in Rajasthan from January 29 to February 2. 
Kiranmayi previously received the 2019 Mrs. India Telangana Attractive title. She prepared for the Mrs India pageant with the aim of proving that even after marriage, women can achieve anything without being confined to the family. She prepared for about 8 months and qualified for the national competition. Despite facing stiff competition in the national competition, along with her beauty, she stood as the runner-up due to her talents in speaking, talent and creativity. This is the second time that a Telangana woman has stood as the runner-up in the Mrs. India competition. Kiranmai expressed happiness over this success.She along with her sharp imaginative, prescient and laborious work is setting a number one instance for the young generation.She said ..
