Success doesn’t happen without hard work. In today’s fast-paced world, where things change within the blink of an eye, it is imperative to understand the flow of the wind and learn how to direct it according to your benefits and create opportunities for a better world. After graduating from 
Jain University He started his import and export business in 2019 as an entrepreneur. He began importing aluminium scrap for recycling purposes in 2019 and gradually started trading in agricultural commodities and plastic granules.
Bharat Exim India deals in all types of scrap, from ferrous to non-ferrous, and has a vast network of buyers and sellers across the country. They started their journey decades ago, and since then, they have strived to provide the best service to their clients. 
Devesh faced many challenges initially like market fluctuations and less support from the market. However, he gradually built trust with customers and worked on the commitments he had made to them. 
He is a very generous entrepreneur who loves to train others around him to meet requirements. He trains his team one-on-one, showing everyone the significance of communication, leadership, and teamwork. His motto in life is "Not just to promise, but also to show results".
His advice for young entrepreneurs is “Start something and focus on one thing." Master something and market your service or product in such a way that people pay for its value". His advice to youngsters is to believe in our intuition and work towards growth and success. Don't chase the money, let money chase you. 
His determination, dedication, and constant striving for the highest in life contributed to his success. He has planned to help many more such youngsters and has elaborated on his helping circle. He struggled with many things before getting to where he is today.
