Meet Rashi Khanna, Founder & CEO at Kyaa Matlab Network.

Born and brought up in a Lucknow-based business family, therefore running a business

came naturally to her. She completed her first education at La Martiniere Girl's College.

Accomplishing her final years of education at Army Public School led her exposed to

a wide range of cultures in Lucknow. Rashi has always been a strong-willed child who

participated in fundraising and charitable events at both the college and school levels. As soon as she completed her PGDPR at Lucknow University and submitted her

thesis on the terracotta industry, she moved into her unit in the Lucknow village of Chinhat. That's when things really started to change for her.

In addition to being a proficient classical vocalist and Bharatanatyam dancer, she has

completed numerous accredited painting and ceramics classes. She had enough freedom

from her parents to develop her own identity when she was young.

Rashi Khanna is a seasoned business professional with over 25 years of experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial roles.

She is not only a business leader but, also a change enabler, networker, growth strategist, speaker, podcaster and power broker. Her journey reflects resilience. Rashi firmly believes in sharing the real story of life thus, acknowledging the ups and downs that comes with it. Covid situations led her to the desire of launching a Podcast where people were trying to struggle with covid, and her background working with a SME forum under the Ministry of MSME led to the formation of the Foundation. Rashi decided to establish an Online business- Kyaa Matlab Network.

Kyaa Matlab Network, an India-based Podcast ecosystem, is revolutionizing the podcasting landscape with its innovative approach to experiential learning through its Bite-Sized Podcasts. 

These series of five-minute episodic podcasts aim to establish thought leadership, connect with their target audience on a personal level, build brand loyalty and leverage the power of audio storytelling to enhance their marketing efforts and expand their reach to a global customer base in an increasingly digital and mobile-focused world. 

Her mission is to empower individuals to find strength at their most vulnerable moments and to share her knowledge and insights about navigating life's challenges.

Soon after, she founded that small businesses were not comfortable facing camera, which led her into the realm of Audio content- Kyaa Matlab podcast.

Rashi is the Honorary Chair of the Ra by Rashi Foundation, an NGO that helps SMEs and micro-businesses through exclusive interviews via Business story video Podcasts of professionals who have made an everlasting impact on local and global communities.

She is also a premier to SHEERAA-know my story, a Digital magazine that aims to change

the world by publishing stories of visionaries and their take on success.

Rashi Khanna is also a NIMHANS-certified Lay Counsellor and the founder of EMPATHE, an organization dedicated to create a compassionate, safe space and a supportive ecosystemfor individuals for their mental health care, counselling services, explore their feelings and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Rashi is an avid podcaster and she eventually began teaching her community how to

podcast, which led to the establishment of her Online School Kyaa Matlab Voice Network.  Smb's and Sme's found it comfortable to appear on the cover of her digital magazine with their story line.

She has conducted podcasting seminars at renowned institutions, including the Indian

Institute of Management (IIM) and her online podcast workshops on BookMyShow

consistently sell out.
