Meet Sonal Khurana, an admirable Educator and Founder of Learning Curve. She was born and raised in Delhi and is a B.com Graduate. She also successfully completed her certifications from the British council/ Pearson/ ILSC.
During her interview with Ms venture, Sonal shares about her venture,” Indian students are leading a strong resurgence for international education. There are endless possibilities as well as opportunities for students moving abroad. The feedback that we have achieved constantly amazed us by the progress that we have made in these 5 years. I am excited about the endless possibilities as we begin the 6th year with my brain child growing called ‘LEARNING CURVE. Learning Curve is a brain-child of a woman who was determined to chart out an independent venture. The center has been running successfully for the past four years and is still growing evidently. The courses offered are- IELTS, PTE, SAT, DUOLINGO, TOEFL, UKVI, and SPOKEN ENGLISH. We provide customised training to the candidates resulting in meticulously successful results. Coaching and guiding the complicated procedure is harmonised here. Our expertise and teaching methodology have been applauded by the students.
There is a dearth of quality coaching and that’s exactly what we cater to. We have always believed in small batches where complete attention gives a holistic approach to a student. Our faculties work according to Indian Standard time as well as international time zone. Online as well as offline both have been extremely productive to train students for studying abroad.
Aspirants eyeing overseas education can finally take off to their dream college/ university. With the world learning to emerge post pandemic, there has been a surge in the number of students applying for overseas education. The Learning Curve centre that offers 360-degree training to aspirants is jumping the ladder, one year at a time.”
She also shared her challenges,” The hustle is real ‘Ambition is a word associated with women negatively’. For me, being a mother made me a better professional especially when life was at the razor’s edge. That is how it began balancing both work and children single-handedly. Always underrated on my abilities but for the people who knew me were the pillars of strength of all times. This ignited the spark and I was ready to turn a new leaf. I was always applauded at my workplace as there was a ‘no option door’ for me to go back to the life that I lived. but always dreamt of working with my own imaginations and flexibilities. The all-time appreciation lifted up my spirits and after two years of being employed, I created my own roadmap independently during the unfortunate covid times. I struggled and strived to enrol students with meticulously tailored courses.”
Sonal’s heartfelt advice to youngsters- “A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work. All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them. Yesterday is but today’s memory, and tomorrow is today’s dream. Work not for applause, live life to express not to impress. Don’t strive to make your presence noticed, just make your absence felt. Create the grandest vision for life because you become what you believe. Believe you can and you're halfway there.”
She became successful not only because of her hard work but, also because of her soft-heartedness towards others. Her kind heart and good deeds has helped many youngsters get motivated with her. She has motivated a number of people with her work. Her determination, dedication and constant thrust for achieving something the highest in life became the reasons for her successful life. She struggled with a lot of things before getting to where she is today.
We salute to her for becoming a role model for all the passionate women out there.
If you are eager to dedicate your efforts towards the preparation of the standardised exams, her platform is the best for you.
