Jothi nandhini

Meet Jothi Nandini, a Fashion Designer, Makeup Artist and Nail Extension artist.

She was born on 23rd July, 1994 in Chennai, Thiruvanmiyur.

She is also the Co-Founder and MD of startup- Jos Fashion Destiny.

She is a B.Tech Graduate in IT. She also completed her Master Diploma in Fashion Designing, Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Cosmetology.

From makeup philosophies and brands to emerging trends, the beauty industry has many charismatic female makeup artists who are owning up to their skills and creating a wave.

During her interview with Ms Venture, Jothi says, “Starting this incredible journey, driven by a deep passion for empowering women and inspiring artists. By focusing on inclusivity, embracing diversity and celebrating individuality, my brand has not only helped women feel confident in their own skin but, has also paved the way for aspiring makeup artists to shine. As we continue to evolve, we remain committed to our vision of creating a positive impact and nurturing the next generation of talented artists. Together, we can redefine beauty & fashion and empower individuals to embrace their true selves.”She also shared the Challenges she Faced in this journey: “We have encountered financial struggles, a common experience for many aspiring entrepreneurs from middle-class backgrounds. To overcome this, we engaged in freelancing to save funds for our business. Through wearing multiple hats and taking on various responsibilities, we gained comprehensive knowledge. While challenges persist, we embrace them as integral parts of our entrepreneurial journey. We prioritize the journey itself over mere results, finding fulfillment in every step.”

Adding to her achievements, Jothi has been awarded Most Promising Fashion Designer and Educator Award 2024 by thesuccesstoday.
